Sensei is 7th dan and a proof of how women can be very strong in kendo. My first keiko with sensei was truly inspiring. It was a pure learning experience and should be an ideal practice.

Sensei provides an opportunity to practice your readiness to attack at any given moment and at the same time challenge you to give your best effort. Bieng an effective motivator, you can practice with confidence your kihon or waza with sensei which is essential for being a good kendo ka.

I can just watch and admire Morishima sensei approach to kendo. It is beautiful and doesn't rely on power, but on speed and excellent timing.

Lastly, i

am grateful to experience keiko with a sensei so skillful in practice or teaching and yet so humble.
