The no mind is always ready. Those actions not dictated by any thoughts and plan. The sword moves by itself is a culmination of constant practice. An absence of fear or anger. Lack of concern on winning or losing. The body is like a pulled bow ready for the release. Stance adapted to the weapon or terrain, perfect position for attack. Repitition and muscle memory makes a faster action when the mind commands the strike. Breathing out to attack, because it is with difficulty to strike while inhaling. Controlled breathing, quick inhale and steady long exhale ready to strike.
